This cozy home is perfect for families with small children. As parents of two toddlers, we understand the importance of having a safe and child-friendly environment. That's why we have taken extra steps to childproof our home and provide amenities such as cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, and a child-friendly reading nook. We also have a high chair available for your little ones. After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the hot tub while the kids are sound asleep.
We are also pet-friendly and have a fenced backyard for your furry friends to run around in. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and one-car garage for your convenience.
Please note that parties and gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior permission. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, and any violation of this rule will result in the termination of your reservation with no refund. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house.
Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, which is why we have exterior cameras at the entryway and parking area for added security. Rest assured, we are just a text or call away if you need anything during your stay. Check-in is self-check-in through an electronic deadbolt for your convenience.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay. We intended on staying so we could attend legoland with our children. We were so pleased that it was just a 5 minute drive with gas stations and grocery stores in the same proximity. Absolutely no complains, just a few minor suggestions as far as adding cleaning supplies for guests to wipe down table after eating.

Summary: Rachel was very responsive host. The backyard is a great space for family to get together. The back play room is well equipped for our 18 month old and the crib much appreciated. The beds were comfortable.

Summary: This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults, a 15 yr old and 9 yr old. The home had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with everything we needed and more. We brought a badminton set and spent our evenings taking advantage of the big backyard and we even did some geocaching on the nearby walking trails. The neighborhood was super quiet, not alot of traffic and conveniently located to everything we were there to do. Communication with Rachel was clear and easy. Will definitely recommend and stay here in the future. Thank you, Rachel, for opening your home and helping us make great memories!

Summary: Easy Livin’ was a great spot to stay for OSU graduation weekend. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The house is about 20 minutes from campus, and there are plenty of nice restaurants near by. One evening we had dinner at Dos Hermanos-highly recommend.
